Less Annoying CRM sells one plan, and everything is in it. It’s $15 a month per user, with no tiers to climb, no free plan, and no yearly discount. One person pays $15 a month, three pay $45 a month, and five pay $75 a month. You get a 30-day trial with no card first. It suits a small team that wants contacts, pipelines, and reminders at one predictable price. It doesn’t suit a team that wants to pay nothing, or wants a CRM that sends emails for it.

Who is it for?
A team of one to ten that wants a shared contact list, pipelines, tasks, a calendar, and the email history that matters, and never wants to think about plans again. Every user gets the same thing. That includes unlimited custom fields, unlimited pipelines, and 25GB per user of file storage. Support by email and phone is free.
That simplicity has a real benefit for an owner. The bill only moves when you add or remove a person, and nothing you’ll want next year is held back on a higher plan, because there isn’t one.
What do you give up?
- A free plan. From the first month after the trial, every user pays. If two or three of you could run on a free plan today, that’s money you don’t have to spend yet.
- A CRM that sends things for you. Its automations are shortcuts: they add tasks, update a pipeline, or save notes when a contact’s status changes or a form comes in. For a mailing, the help site suggests grouping the contacts and exporting the list for a mail merge or another tool. There’s no sequence that chases a lead, and no built-in newsletter.
- Any language but English. The software and support are English only.
- Weekend phone support. Email and phone support run on weekdays. At weekends it’s email only.
Say you run a four-person insurance agency office: two agents who sell, an office manager who handles renewals and paperwork, and you. All four of you need the client list, and you track details your spreadsheet has outgrown, like policy type, renewal date, and who referred whom.
All four of you would log in, so on Less Annoying CRM that’s $60 a month, or $720 for the first year. Unlimited custom fields cover the details, and an automation can add a follow-up task the moment a prospect’s status changes to “quoted”. There’s no plan above this one waiting to charge you more for any of it.
If price alone decides it, the lowest paid bill for four in this guide is Bigin Express (by Zoho) at $36 a month, and cost by team size shows the trade-offs. If one predictable price and no upgrade decisions matter more, this is the one.
Skip Less Annoying CRM if
- You could run on a free plan. Up to three people may not need to pay at all yet. When a free CRM plan is enough shows which free plans fit your size.
- You want the CRM to send follow-ups or newsletters. Do you need a full CRM, or just a way to track leads? covers the tools that do.
- Your team works in Spanish. The interface and support are English only.
- You want the lowest bill at three to five. The lowest paid bill for three people in this guide is Bigin Express (by Zoho) at $27 a month; cost by team size shows every tool side by side.
Plans and prices
| Plan (US name) | Monthly | Yearly, per month | Promotional price |
|---|---|---|---|

What each plan includes
- Everything included
Limits: Users: Unlimited. Contacts: Unlimited. Pipelines: Unlimited. File storage: 25GB per user. Custom fields: Unlimited.
One plan, priced per user, and nothing in the price changes except the number of people.
Costs that are easy to miss
- Tax is added. The price is plus applicable sales tax or VAT, which Paddle, the company that handles Less Annoying CRM’s billing, works out from your billing address. Your card statement shows Paddle, not Less Annoying CRM.
- There’s no discount for paying ahead. Monthly is the only price. That’s also why you’re never locked into a year.
- Every login is a seat. The person who checks the pipeline on Fridays costs the same as the person who lives in it.
The trial won’t surprise you. If you don’t subscribe, it closes on its own, so export your data first if you might want it.

Our view
Less Annoying CRM is the straightforward choice for a small team that wants a solid contact-and-pipeline CRM and is tired of decoding plans. Our position: if a free plan already fits your team, start there. If you’re paying anyway, and especially at four or more, this is worth a trial on its own terms, because there’s no promotion to expire and no tier to outgrow. What you give up is a free start, automation that acts for you, and anything outside English.
Your next step
Start the 30-day trial this week, with no card needed: start a Less Annoying CRM trial. Import your contact list on day one, add the custom fields your work needs, and set a next task on every open deal. If, by the end of the month, nobody on your team has missed a feature, the decision is made: there’s no plan to choose.
